    Founder & Executive Co-Chairman

    As the Founder of Pricelock, Inc. Bob drives towards building the world's first company to combine patented technology and a novel hedging strategy to bring businesses price predictability to increasingly volatile commodity prices. He is also a limited partner and co-investor in a number of well-known Silicon Valley venture capital firms.

    Bob is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Wharton Graduate School of Business.

    Naveen Agarwal
    Chief Executive Officer

    Naveen brings the experience of growing and managing multi-billion dollar businesses in the online financial solutions space to Pricelock. Under his leadership, the company is actively developing the next generation Internet platform for commodity risk management. Prior to joining Pricelock, Naveen was the former President of E*TRADE Capital Management where he was responsible for managing and growing E*TRADE's highest revenue customer segment. He also served as Senior Vice President, Retail & Wholesale Lending; and Vice President, Investing and Corporate Products. Naveen has also served as Vice President at Sungard, driving its interest rate and FX trading and hedging systems business.

    Naveen holds an MBA from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley and a BS in Computer Science from IT-BHU, Varanasi.

    Russ Elmer
    General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

    Russ oversees Pricelock's legal and regulatory affairs and provides strategic support to all of the company's administrative and business initiatives. Prior to joining Pricelock, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to E*TRADE Financial Corporation. Russ began with E*TRADE in 2000, serving as its General Counsel from 2001 through mid-2007 and again from mid-2008 until joining Pricelock.

    In addition to serving as E*TRADE's General Counsel, Russ led the company's Human Resources Department from 2001 through 2003. Prior to joining E*TRADE FINANCIAL in 2000, he was a partner with the law firm Gray, Cary, Ware & Freidenrich, where, for ten years, he represented clients in litigation and employment related matters.

    Russ received a JD from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley, and a BA in political science and international relations from Stanford University.

    Liat Rorer
    VP, Marketing

    Liat manages Pricelock's marketing and creative teams. Her decades long career has focused on sales, marketing and product development for some of the most successful financial services firms including Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab and E*TRADE Financial. In these roles, she has created campaigns and products targeted at everything from individuals to Fortune 100 businesses. In addition, she provided strategic consulting to a variety of large financial services firms.

    Liat holds an MBA with honors from Simmons Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College.

    Srinivasan
    Mukund Srinivasan
    VP, Finance

    Mukund is Vice President of Finance at Pricelock and is responsible for all finance and accounting operations. In this role, he oversees functions that support Pricelock's growth and operations including financial planning, financial reporting, treasury and taxes.

    Prior to joining Pricelock, Mukund was Vice President of Finance at LTX Credence, a maker of automated test equipment for the semiconductor industry. His experience there included a stint as the corporate controller as well as being part of the team that worked on the merger between Credence Systems and LTX Corporation. Prior to LTX Credence, he held senior finance roles at KLA Tencor and also worked at JP Morgan in Investment Banking.

    Mukund holds an MBA in Finance from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA, a Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from Johns Hopkins and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is also the co-author of a two volume FEMA publication on cost estimation for seismic retrofits and has published refereed papers in technical journals on engineering & risk analysis.

    Paul Gardiner
    VP, Product Management

    Paul leads the Product Management team at Pricelock. Previous to Pricelock, he served first as VP Marketing then as VP Product Management at Calypso Technology, a vendor of trading, processing, and risk management software. He established the product management group and led it as the company grew to over $100m in revenue. Paul's first experience in blending technology and finance came at Infinity Financial Technology where he spent over four years through its growth, IPO and eventual acquisition by Sungard. He served Infinity in a variety of roles including as Product Manager for the company's flagship Fin++ product.

    Paul holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and MSc and BSc degrees in Computer Science from the National University of Ireland.

    Krishna Bandaru
    VP, Engineering

    Krishna has over 17 years of experience in engineering development and management. He specializes in high-volume internet-based services and has a strong understanding of the intersection of applications and network operations. He began his career as a logic designer at Intel and was previously Founder & CTO of Weave Innovations (technology acquired by Kodak) where he helped create and patent the first internet-connected digital picture frame. Krishna became a founding employee and Chief Server Architect at Mirra (acquired by Seagate) where he led the development of an award-winning remote access and file sharing service. At Seagate, Bandaru helped create and lead the consumer web services development and overall strategy. Most recently, he was Chief Server Architect at Memeo Inc, a digital media management company serving small businesses and consumers.

    Krishna holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

    Co-Chairman

    Mike is the former Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Honeywell Corporation. He is a member of the National Geographic Society Board of Trustees and a previous board member of Medtronic. Mike is a graduate of the US Naval Academy, and attended graduate school at Texas A&M.
